Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by our print shop. Orders may be placed in person, by email, or through other approved methods. Production begins after we receive complete printing instructions and payment, if required.

2. Customer Files

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files.

By sending artwork via email or providing files in person, you confirm that:

  • The files are the final version.
  • All spelling, grammar, dimensions, and layout have been reviewed.
  • You have permission to reproduce all submitted content.

We do not edit, proofread, or redesign customer files unless those services are specifically requested.

3. File Compatibility

We accept common file formats such as PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and Microsoft Office files.

If a file cannot be printed due to corruption, missing fonts, unsupported formats, or low image quality, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you before proceeding. Production may be delayed until a suitable file is provided.

4. Proof Approval

If a digital or printed proof is requested, production will not begin until the proof has been approved.

Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all text, images, layout, colors, and specifications. We are not responsible for errors discovered after approval.

5. Color & Print Quality

Colors displayed on computer screens and mobile devices may differ from printed output.

Minor variations in color, trimming, alignment, paper texture, or finishing are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated completion times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Production times may vary depending on order volume, artwork revisions, equipment maintenance, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

7. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon pickup or delivery.

Any concerns regarding print quality, quantity, or damage should be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

8. Copyright

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce all submitted artwork, logos, photographs, and documents.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once printing or production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of printing defects or errors caused by us.

If we determine that an error occurred during production, we may, at our discretion, reprint the order or issue a refund.

10. File Storage

We may temporarily retain customer files for repeat orders or customer convenience. However, we are not obligated to permanently archive files and may delete them without prior notice.

Customers should always keep their own backup copies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, printing errors in customer-approved files, or customer-supplied content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
